Rain arrived early this morning over the track in Italy, which caused the cancellation of GP3 Series’ qualifying at Monza. However, fingers were crossed for the rain to stop, the conditions were getting worse during the day, delaying or canceling all events on the track.

After the Formula One Qualifying session took 3 hours with 150 minutes long red flag break, FIA decided to reorganize the Italian race weekend’s schedule. Decisions about the support events were made, as Formula 2 heads to track right after F1 in the wet conditions, while today’s GP3 feature race is postponed to tomorrow morning, replacing the canceled sprint race at 9:15 local time.
